What for ?
- Have a reference for devops guidelines (structure)
- Managing infrastructure inventory : what machine, what server, what services, where, how, why, linked to what else, etc (tracker infra)
- Managing communication between Customers/Partners and Devops/Care staff (tracker tickets submitted by third parties)
- Incident management, post-mortems, problems and solutions (tracker incident opened by devops staff)
- keep track of devops staff, who is in and who is not (tracker user devops)
- keep track of partners and customers (tracker group partners and tracker user partner)
Access policy
- Each group needs to have limited access to only content that is intended for their usage. We are gonna base this on group and category permissions.
